  • After Company performs the Services, Customer will not:
    1. clean the windows with the installed Goods for at least 30 days after installation to allow the adhesive to adhere properly;
    2. use brushes, pure ammonia, industrial-strength cleaners, or any solutions that contain abrasive materials to clean the installed Goods;
    3. use razor blades scrapers, coarse paper towel or any abrasive cleaning tools on the installed Goods; or
    4. expose the installed Goods to extreme temperatures immediately after installation.
    5. Customer will ensure that no sharp objects such as furniture or other items that may cause tears on the Goods, come into direct contact with the installed Goods.

After Company performs the Services, Customer may use:

    1. a soft, clean cloth to wash and dry the windows with the installed Goods;

  • Cosmetic finishing, drywall and other minor repair, painting and caulking of doors, walls, baseboards, casings, trims and others are to be arranged by Customer after the installation Services and are not the responsibility of Company.

Drying Period of the Goods.

  1. All Services for the Goods use a water-based application method. The installation procedure uses a special solution of detergent and water followed by squeegeeing to remove any excess water. While Company takes every precautionary measure possible to cover the surrounding areas; some excess water droplets may be present in the area after the performance of Services.
  2. Customer acknowledges that the drying period for the Goods to adhere to the window may take anywhere between sixty (60) and one hundred and fifty (150) days.
  3. Customer acknowledges that the drying period may increase due to ambient temperature, film thickness, and sunlight exposure. This is simply residual moisture trapped under the film that evaporates as the Goods cure to the window during the drying period.
  4. To facilitate faster drying time, Company recommends leaving any form of window covering (e.g., curtains, shades, blinds, shutters, etc.) open as much as possible. If windows with the Goods applied do not have adequate ventilation to warmer air (e.g., covered by blinds, shutters, curtains, etc.), it could delay the evaporation process for any trapped moisture and bubbles.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT A FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE INSTALLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY IMPACT THE APPLICATION OF THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER UNDER THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
